Quantum Leap Consultancy Pty Limited (QLC) have been IBM Business Partner for over a decade. QLC gained respect of IBM and customers by pioneering the introduction of new technologies in the Facilities Management, Property, Construction and Real Estate industries.

IBM Australia awarded Quantum Leap Consultancy the National Support contract to provide help desk support for the IBM suite of Facilities Management, CAD and Planning software products.

The support arrangement was so successful that within 12 months IBM appointed Quantum Leap as the Australian Master Distributor for these products.

This is only one of a handful of times IBM has entrusted their product to an outside consultancy.
